COURTEOUS CLEANERS POLICY

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have the right to refuse cleaning any item.

We do not guarantee the removal of any stains. 

​

We are not responsible for any damages due to loose items on clothing, such as jewelry, buttons, zippers, logos, and etc.

We are not responsible for clothing items that bleed and/or shrink as a result of normal washing*. Normal washing is based on clothing label instructions. 

​

We are not responsible for loss of or damages to articles after you leave the store. Please check your clothing during pick-up. 

​

We are not responsible for any damage to clothing caused by the presence of non-washable items such as pens and markers. The customer agrees to not leave such items in clothing.

We are not responsible for any "wash & fold" items since these items are processed by weight and not by garment count; such items are not individually inspected. 

​

We are not responsible for items left over 30 days.

​

We do not accept credit card payment for orders with laundry items. 

The minimum charge for credit cards is $20. There is a $0.50 service fee for paying with a credit card.

Orders must be picked up in full. We cannot split the order for you when you pick it up.
